Liked: Avoid at all costs
Disliked: This stay did not happen. We arrived at the hotel at 11pm after a long day of travelling to be informed our stay was not confirmed on their system. The receptionist was not in any way helpful or apologetic for this. She continued to express due to the time of our arrival our booking was cancelled. The second excuse was payment was tried to be processed on my end, again this did not happened and confirmation of cancellation was not received. Notifications of any of this did not appear on my end and I was not informed by the hotel, as of now it still appears that I completed the booking on this app. This was our second time staying here the first time was relatively okay and we did arrive in at a similar time during our first stay, so the excuse of the time of arrival is not acceptable. I am totally dissatisfied with the service, having to find and book another hotel at such an hour in a strange city. Will absolutely not be returning.

Liked: The property is very clean, has a great location for Mexico ‘s historic center. The breakfast includes fresh fruit as well as hot options.
Disliked: The room was tiny and had no window. The wifi was spotty.

Liked: Decent breakfast, and good location.
Disliked: Reception staff was not reliable to help you, they referred to you to somebody else such the security. No local phone calls, no water daily in the room. ans the room smell little humid.

Quiet excellent location good value.

Liked: The quietest room we stayed in Mexico. We had the best sleeps here for 3 nights out of the 21 nights we were in Mexico. Good breakfast included in room rate. I would stay here again. We stayed in a nicer hotel near the Cathedral at the beginning of our trip but is was not as quiet and breakfast was not included in the room rate.
Disliked: Not much. It’s a basic room but it was good value for the money.
