Brilliant location, wasn’t fully set...

Liked: Amazing location
Disliked: Smaller than expected but appreciate it is a small convenient spot There was no toilet roll on arrival, and although it appeared clean there was soup left in the fridge from a previous guest that didn’t smell very good

Disliked: Bathroom sink too tiny.

Liked: Loved the beds, style, facilities (kitchen and bathroom), loved the hair dryer, eye masks etc etc, coffee machine
Disliked: Need a hand towel rail in the bathroom, fridge wasn’t switched on, no clear fire plan in the room

Liked: Location, comfort and cleanliness. Access was easy
Disliked: Couldn't use the coffee machine. Need a shelf in the shower as there is nowhere to put your shampoo etc

Superb

Liked: The room was upgraded for us to a double and we loved it! The theme is so cosy and the hotel itself has an excellent location! The shower was decent, and I'm honestly surprised at how lovely the staff were. We met a few as they were doing renovations in the room next door, and they were so kind and attentive- always asking if we needed anything and how the stay was :)

Would not be choosing to...

Liked: Poor shower with blocked drain even after it was supposed to be cleared (managment did respond quickly to report of blockage however it was not obviously cleared by repairer ) shower door could not be opened further than half open the could not be fully closed
Disliked: As above re shower/bathroom facilities and unit significantly smaller than advertising image
