The bed and bed linen...

Liked: Small luxury boutique ambiance. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: Can’t say there was anything that I didn’t like or thought needed improvement.

Wonderful, will be back.

Liked: Early check in, great location for theaters, exceptional housekeeping service , great bar staff and servers. Very good pre theatre dining with a good choice of U.K wines.
Disliked: Not being informed we would be in a room for the disabled by reception staff for earlier check in. Overpriced breakfast.

Warm and friendly atmosphere. Lovely...

Liked: Staff were superb - low key but very warm and caring. Extremely small number of hotels manage to pull this off. Must be something to do with the management culture and training. Gorgeous interior design and great location
