Our family of 10, all...

Liked: We loved the friendly staff, the most! We didn’t like the Restaurant. We spent over $500.00 and I walked out hungry. All I wanted was a Steak and Potato. You had one…$95.00…lol. No kids menu, which was disappointing. The Server was great! The food and menu, very disappointing.
Disliked: The pillows in room 908 are flatter than a pancake.

The perfect atmosphere for a...

Liked: The location near the Minnesota Vikings training facility, as well as how cleanly it was! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful.
Disliked: We wish the pool would’ve been bigger, but they are building one outside, so we are looking forward to that being completed!

We will never stay anywhere...

Liked: This hotel was amazing and will be our new go-to place to stay when we're in the Twin Cities. The double queen room was huge and very clean. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower was 10/10. There are also full-size shampoo, conditioner, & body wash in the shower.We ate breakfast at Ember & Ice, and the service was great. The food was delicious, and the prices were pretty comparable to other restaurants in the area. Above all, the staff was INCREDIBLE. The house we had originally booked canceled my reservation and gave it to someone else without letting me or booking.com know, leaving us stranded with no place to stay. The Omni was the first place I called due to their proximity to the music festival and I spoke with Melissa, who immediately did everything that she could to get a room reserved for me that met our needs. She stayed on the phone while I made a reservation through booking.com and allowed us to check in early at no charge so we didn't have to sit in our car for another 2 hours. When we arrived at the hotel, the concierge was amazing and seemed excited to welcome us to the hotel. Melissa also happened to be there, and it was wonderful to put a face to the angel that helped get our trip back on track. She even pulled together a little bag of treats that was waiting in our room for us. I can not say enough good things about this hotel and the staff at this location. We felt valued & and appreciated, and each time we had a question about the hotel or even restaurants in the area the person we talked to went above and beyond the level of service I've experienced at any other hotel I've stayed at.

Disliked: You have to pay daily for wifi. No airport shuttle.

Disliked: They charge for wifi. Internet reception at the area is not good and they take advantage of it.

Disappointing

Liked: I was under the understanding I would get a pool with my stay. That wasn't the case at all. And with that I think I should get half off the cost of the stay. Ɓɓ anytime the poììiǰǰiisol isn't open a 50 off price should be in order. I purchase my room for one thing the entire packǰnage available to me and my family. I was the disappointment of the trip. And then in turn comes the memory that will sour our idea of that stay. Now future visits won't be happening because of the original experience we had. I liked the hotel but not that great of a possibility now.
