Liked: Very clean. Excellent customer service. Awesome restaurants in the hotel. Great lobby bar and snack shop. It has a resort feel.

Liked: Everything was excellent. The staff were amazing . The spa was really great. The restaurants were very good. The gym was amazing. It was a great weekend stay.
Disliked: The swimming pool was like a kids pool.

An ideal hotel for winter...

Liked: A perfect hotel for a winter visit to Minnesota, when the weather can be bitterly cold. The MN Ice Festival was walking distance, and the onsite restaurants and bars were of very high quality. It was nice to have so many options under the same roof.
Disliked: Nothing.
