I would've had a better...
Liked: The food was great. The rooms were clean & the location is good.
Disliked: I prepaid for my room in advance & arrived at 7a.m. I was told that I could check in early for 40 dollars & I agreed. They tried to charge my card for 540 dollars & it didn't go through. When I asked them about the 500 dollars, that's when they told me about an additional incidental fee that I wasn't aware of. I didn't have this amount & they wouldn't allow me to check in to my room until I paid this charge. This charge was not listed on your site nor on Booking.com, the site where I booked my stay. They insisted on me asking someone to put their card on file in order for me to stay in the room that I already paid for. After several hours of back & forth with the staff. I called my brother to assist me with this. After the manager sent him a link, he tried over 14 times but Omni kept sending the funds right back to his account. All this time, I had around 300 on my card & 300 in cash on hand. Another manager finally put a 250 hold on my card in order for me to eventually stay in my room. I was here for a business conference & never have I been treated the way that I have at any hotel that I've stayed in. I wasn't able to fully enjoy my time while staying here. They wasted 8 hours of my day because I didn't get checked in until after 3pm. This is unexceptable & unprofessional for an establishment. I checked out before 9am & my funds are still being held up by your hotel 24 hours later. I paid for 6 days. July 17th through July 22th. I felt blind sided by charges that are clearing not listed on the hotels website.
