Lovely new hotel but expensive...

Liked: The lobby was bright and open and a nice place to do some work. The rooms were large as were the beds.
Disliked: The beds were too soft for my liking, they felt sunken which is strange for a new hotel. The phone didn’t work in the roomThe cleaners only came once in our 4 days. They knocked in the mornings when we were inside so we asked them to come later but they didn’t .

Liked: The rooftop is lovely. Nice views. The room was spacious.
Disliked: It seemed like not all areas in food and beverage were always fully staffed. This was a big weekend with the Final Four being in town.

Great hotel with minor flaws...

Liked: The location of the property was excellent 10/10. The service was excellent as well room was comfortable and very spacious!
Disliked: When I checked in it was very hectic and I just wanted to go to my room and lay down but there systems were down and it caused a huge delay for everyone. I had to wait close to 50 Mins to get into my room upon arrival. To add a cherry on top of it I was in room (326) as soon as I got in there I immediately went back downstairs to complain about the room because right outside the window is a door and a wall not very appealing to look at! And they told me that they would change my room when there was another that was available to my liking never heard back from them at all. Later that night I noticed that there was 2 stains on the bed spread one on the sheets and 1 on the pillow (which kinda looked like makeup so there was someone in the hallway who I believed worked by the bar or some kind of house keeping the problem and the room number and he said he would let the front desk know didn’t hear anything at all for the remainder of the night…So in the morning there was a lady with a clipboard walking around and I told her and the only thing she did was give me a set of sheets …I

Liked: Roof top restaurant was beautiful and staff was very kind and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing.
