Highly recommend - felt like a king there.

Liked: Everything was nice.
Disliked: Can't think of anything bad.

Liked: The hotel is beautiful. We enjoyed the veranda and the beautiful courtyard.Also we enjoyed the attentiveness of the Concierge named David. He displayed a vast amount of knowledge about the hotel and the DC area.
Disliked: The long wait to get into the restaurant for breakfast.

Liked: The room was large and comfortable with extra blanket & pillow. Room coffee was Excellent. We got to know several of the Staff personality. Loved David , the Concierge at desk, and Cafe people. Loved the singer on Friday night, Loved the Medium-Rare hamburger in Cafe, loved the Manhattan drink at bar.
Disliked: Lunch in main dining room. I ordered the carrot soup, And, the Chicken Parmigiana with melted cheese sandwich.They forgot to bring the soup (OK. Maybe it was just as well ) And the sandwich was cold and too much bread. The chicken was just a sliver of meat and the cheese was not melted. Terrible!!!

Memorable family celebration.

Liked: We were upgraded to the Beatles suite, which was the highlight of the trip.The restaurant manager at Robert’s, Daryl, went out of his way to create a lovely birthday celebration for a family member in the private dining room.

Comfortable hotel with lots of...

Liked: We loved the pool, comfy beds, room service for a very decent price, the history and paintings, and the heat timer in the bathroom! But we especially liked Zach, the valet, he was awesome!
Disliked: I didn’t love the customer service in the coffee shop, the woman who took my order was rude. The pool is only 3ft, not a big deal to me, but my older child was a but disappointed. Quite a few places within the hotel smelled of stale cigarettes.

Liked: Hotel was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. All staff were accommodating and very welcoming and friendly.
Disliked: Couldn’t stay longer! Everything was perfect.
