Disliked: Every one is incompetent that works there. Booked through third party but was charged twice for a two night stay from the hotel including valet for a prepaid one night stay.

Disliked: Systems were down and this affected the ability to access goods and services with card versus cash.

Liked: It was a nice hotel
Disliked: The bed sheets had stains on them when we arrived. When we requested they be changed and cleaned all they did was just remake the bed with the old stained sheets.
