Room and facilities were good. Very happy with our stay. Very close to everywhere we wanted to go.

Disliked: Nothing.

Loved the experience. Can't get over the parking expense. Won't stay there again for that reason alone.

Liked: Room was clean and updated , great security with key needed to make elevators work, staff were very professional and helpful, architecture of the building was beautiful and nostalgic
Disliked: Lobby was under renovation, bed was uncomfortable, water was off the majority of a day or repairs, no hot water the next morning we checked out

Disliked: Construction and renovations made the stay not so great from 7am loud noises to water being turned off and front of hotel was blocked off for several days.

Liked: The location of the hotel was convenient and well located
Disliked: I was not given the room I booked, the refrigerator was not functioning- had to have it replaced. The coffee pot was not functioning- had to get it replaced. The water was shut off with no notice. The skywalk between the mall and the hotel is locked at no certain time so when you get locked out at 7pm or 9 pm even though you’re at a convention in the convention center better hope it doesn’t rain and you have to run through the pouring down rain to get back to the hotel- also have to run to a completely different side of the hotel at that bc again without notice they lock the door and say closed due to private event. The lady in the restaurant couldn’t figure out the system for the five days I stayed. On day 4 she didn’t ring up muffins, made a coffee wrong and then when I asked for correct coffee she laughed at me and told me I did not order that. I received a plain coffee which was priced at 2.59. I ordered a hot white chocolate mocha and paid 6.17- either she discharged me for what she claimed I ordered or gave me the wrong coffee and charged me for what i ordered. Either way laughing bc of your mistake is disgusting and I refused to buy anything in there on my way out bc I wouldn’t give that restaurant $34 for one more day bc of that lady. The man who worked in the restaurant with locs was amazing and accommodating and hospitable in the beat way possible- him and the Hispanic lady at the front desk with curly hair is the only good thing happening at that hotel.

Wonderful except for unexpected parking...

Liked: Location security and Staff. All went above and beyond.
Disliked: No parking. Had to pay $53 extra a day we knew nothing about for valet parking at hotel. Could see the car literally right outside the hotel.

Liked: It was close to where I needed to be.
Disliked: The AC was broke as well as the toilet, sink, and refrigerator in my room. Construction was going on inside the building as well as outside so all you heard was saws and beating. Smelled like mildew.
