Relaxing zen like hotel on...

Liked: Boutique resort style-spa like hotel. Very relaxing and enjoyable. You don’t have to fight the crowds in this gorgeous property. The hotel employees are very helpful and friendly and all seem to love working for Omni which shows in the way they treat their guests. Very close to Camelback so great for hiking and Paradise Valley location is perfect. But it’s not for people who need constant activity from the hotel like golf, tennis, biking, and 10 restaurants. If you love comfort, relaxation, fantastic service, this is your place.

Liked: Beautiful place, clean room and lots to do!
Disliked: We waited 2 hours for our room to be ready. Front desk did take care of us for the inconvenience.

Lovely location and beautiful resort...

Liked: The wait staff at the restaurants were great; the valet service was efficient and nice, housekeeping staff were very nice and competent, the location for hiking was great. The concierge was wonderful. The room was quiet and had a lovely balcony to hang out on.
Disliked: For a $600 resort room, you shouldn't have to request amenities like spa robes, lotion, shower cap and nail kit (not available). The spa-shower was really big but had no grab bars and the soft water made the floors slippery. The meals and other food offerings at the resort restaurants were not as healthful, tasty or imaginative as we expected. I was only offered to view my bill when I requested it and found a double charge, which they gladly reversed, but inspection of the bill was not automatically offered to me. Online checkout didn't work. This says more about corporate policies than local staff.
