Liked: The location was wonderful considering my destination was the convention center. A very nice view too! The room was spacious and very comfortable.
Disliked: What made the overall experience negative for a business stay was that the staff did not want to print an invoice for me saying that the Booking should do it. Which they don't. Asking Booking for help to get the invoice via email did not work either. Very surprising and disappointing for such an expensive hotel. A minor inconvenience was that the main restaurant was being renovated so the only option for breakfast / lunch / dinner in the hotel was the coffee shop next to the lobby.
