Loved the hotel. Parking needs...

Liked: Loved the location! The room was nice. We enjoyed the pool and the observation deck.
Disliked: I didn't like waiting an hour for my car to be retrieved. That was too long to wait.

We managed with what we...

Liked: The location was the best.
Disliked: Our bed had some type of foam particles on it. We were given an other room with what they called an up grade. It was located on the 7th floor and it was so hot we had to have an extra fan they provided to keep the room cool not cold but cool. The air did not work at first but after 15 minutes it started working. The view was over the courtyard. The stay was not what we expected from am Omni. The hotel lobby area was being renovated so that was unexpected. I know there are times that repairs needed to be done. I felt it gave off a bad impression right off the start. They could have done better on an inviting entrance to the hotel during the renovation.

I don’t think I will...

Liked: I liked the location which was central and convenient
Disliked: The night stay was very uncomfortable. No air flow in the room all night which made the sleep extremely warm and sleepless.Also we couldn’t use valet because of the size of our truck. I read the instructions of arrival + valet and the email never stated on the differences of vehicle size. Therefore, my boyfriend who is a military disable Vet had to walk ways to park the vehicle on his own .
