Liked: Location and staff are magnificent. Many restaurants and bars, close by, to experience the French Quarters.
Disliked: No wifi included.

Liked: The hotel was located in the heart of the French quarter with every thing within an easy walk.
Disliked: The floors of the hotel can be maze like so finding your room can be a challenge.

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: Front desk was rude and didn’t care about my complaints. No compensation for any of the inconveniences. When I got there computer systems were down. Can’t blame them for that so that was whatever. But our reservation was “lost” check in process was like an hour and half because of this. I prepaid for my room. Then they couldn’t make keys still not their fault. Gave us one “master key” get up to the room the door pad to scan the key apparently had a low battery said they’d fix it and never did so every time we left and came back to the room we needed to find staff that could let us in to the room highly inconvenient one night we came back to the hotel and it took us 48 minutes before someone was able to go upstairs to get us in the room. When I voiced my concerns the girl was just like sorry it is what it is. My sheets were dirty so needed house keeping to come and fix that. Then there was only one set of towels for the room called 4x before towels finally arrived. It was all in all a horrible experience not what I expected when paying so much per night. Could’ve stayed at a holiday inn and had a cleaner better more friendly experience

Liked: The pool and bar are nice. Good location.
Disliked: Tv was broken and the room was too hot. The AC won’t go below 68, but the room felt much hotter during the day. We had to go to the front desk to get our room cleaned.
