Liked: The location was fabulous and the roof terrace was beautiful.
Disliked: The air conditioning was freezing and noisy. It sounded like a helicopter taking off in the room, and the temperature wasn't manageable in the room. We needed to complain 3 times before we got attention and then the only option was to shut it off completely. The swimming pool was definitely not heated despite being told it was.

Liked: The location is excellent. The food was good. We had an issue with trying to pay with a large bill at breakfast. Also change on $100 bill should have been $87, but client was only given $27. He had to go back and confront the. Server to get the rest of the money.
Disliked: My room was lacking, proper lighting… Not sure if the bulbs were out or what the issue was. See above

Exceptional

Liked: Location, location, location. Immediately convenient to all spots in the French Quarter. The restaurant and bar are great. The concierge staff, Kevin esp., was SO good.
Disliked: There were some elevator issues during our stay. It didn't cause much of an issue or inconvenience.

Liked: Could not control air in room and bartender at bar did not know difference between champagne and sparkling water.

Nice property great location fantastic...

Liked: I was in the middle of a medical emergency and the staff was very helpful.
Disliked: I was forced to use room service and found it to be a little bit pricey.
