I’m not going back!

Liked: very friendly stuff
Disliked: The very misleading is not worth the money. They charge for so many different things. I don’t understand why to pay for parking ? that’s ridiculous!!

This hotel looks good in...

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable.The Restaurant has good quality and delicious food.
Disliked: Only the picture in this website is good and it was not good at all in reality. Rooms are far away from restaurants and pools and we must walking a lot to reach to our room in sunlight and warmth and was horrible under the sun.Also the hotel charged us double for parking nights and was not fair at all. At night time the room beside my room was noisy and we couldn’t sleep well of their noise because there is a door between two rooms and thats why we heard their voices and kids screaming from that door in middle of the night.

Wouldn’t do it again. But...

Liked: Pools and water park are nice. Staff was kind to my children.
Disliked: Rooms were not as nice or luxurious as what we paid for and shocked we had to pay extra for parking even though we paid over $500 for one night. Everything costs extra. Hidden fees when we arrived. Other guests seemed very rude and inconsiderate of children.
