Liked: We stayed for Coachella, and they did a great job with the shuttles. The property itself was very beautiful and well maintained.
Disliked: The rooms aren’t super well constructed, the walls are super thin. I could hear every word our next door neighbor said to his kids. In addition, the water in the shower drained so slowly that even after a short shower the water would backup to your ankles. It made it disgusting to shower right after another person as you had to stand in their dirty shower water. I would have rather stayed in a budget chain hotel and probably would have had a better experience had they not been sold out.

Loved every minute of it...

Liked: Our stay felt like coming home. Staff was great! Went above and beyond both on their service and friendliness. The food and drinks were delicious and the facilities from room to common areas were comfortable and inviting. Will definitely come back!
Disliked: Cleanliness on the adult pool sunbeds. Some bird poop, but otherwise great!

One word - Disappointing.

Liked: The kids enjoyed the water slides.
Disliked: Overpriced in general. Terrible service and terrible food, not enough staff and some very unpleasant, everything closed and kids events cancelled. Egg hunt for Easter was a 1 out of 10.

Liked: Everything was nice, and so beautiful, I loved everything about my stay at Omni. I would book again.

Liked: Water activities for kids onsite .Can ask for microwave.Crib .
Disliked: Very crowded.no parking spots, even though I payed for parking. Rooms are not maintained properly. Rooms are not child safe , a lot of sharp corners, glass table not fixed and dangerous for kids .Our refrigerator was broken.
