A relaxing and fun spring...

Liked: The pools and grounds were excellent, and the staff was very attentive and nice.

We had a great time.

Liked: The pool was nice People were nice.
Disliked: Bathroom door is in a bad place. It is very expensive for what you get

Liked: Property was in a great location but the rooms were disappointing
Disliked: Rooms, wall are paper thin can hear everything from rooms next door, there was huge roach in the bathroom/tube

Amazing place to take kids...

Liked: We have two small children so the pool areas of course are outstanding. The kids loved it and we will be going back solely for this reason.
Disliked: Not enough food options. One main restaurant which isn’t great for the money

A very nice family trip...

Liked: The pool was great. Our two year old loves the lazy river and pools. We also had one afternoon without our toddler and went to the spa. It was great and we spent the afternoon at that pool which had almost no one there!
Disliked: The pools were VERY busy. A lot of kids and they weren’t always being watched by parents. We also requested a wine opener twice and never got one which was annoying. Also there were issues with the resort systems and we couldn’t get an additional key so we had to really plan our days and key exchange when we wanted to do separate things.
