Disliked: terrible smell in hallway of floor 8like BO! and left my laptop in roomand called 12 hrs later and it’s gone

It was a forgettable but...

Liked: The room was spacious, which was great. And lots of windows and light. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The lobby is fragranced with some horribly synthetic and cheap smelling scent. Grateful the room didn’t smell this way. The room was carpeted. Brown carpet with a big stain. It was otherwise clean but we wore slippers, it was not a floor to be barefoot on. The keurig coffee maker didn’t work.

It was not good experience...

Liked: The location was great
Disliked: I think I expected a better experience from the Omni then what I received. The first front desk person was horrible she couldn’t find my reservation and could really care less that she was unable to locate it . I had to ask to speak to a supervisor. I’ve stayed at many hotels this was the worst experience I had I was also told that my check in would be at 4 pm and I would receive a text or a email and received neither one. I had to call back to see if my room was available
