Disliked: Huge size and just a big corporate machine - ordered food to the room was expensive and couldn’t eat any of the food as was poor quality

Great hotel and great location

Liked: Great rooms, very spacious and super comfortable. The location is perfect, having a direct connection with the mall and being close to the train station is really good
Disliked: The only thing is that I forgot some items in my room and didnt get a note about, only remember when I came back to Brazil and it was pretty hard talking to the accomodation. The other thing is that my luggage got delayed and when it arrived to the hotel I did not get a call about it.
