Omni Parker House

The room was nice. Bathroom a bit small; elevators noisy but well worth it for the charm of the building if you like history.

Liked: It's antiquity and location.
Disliked: The cost of in room water.

Amazing place, even doormen are...

Liked: Perfectly located, AMAZING STAFF - Mally Smith and Karell. We felt welcomed and had the best of fun. The comp water daily makes a difference.
Disliked: Rooms are very dusty (I think due to the carpet) so I don’t recommend if you have allergies. Bathroom toilet is placed in a very narrow corner difficult to use comfortably. The property is known to be haunted, we has some fun experiences with the elevator and lights flikkering in the room consistently, but it’s a fun property and the staff (except for the overnight lady with short hair) is amazing - which makes it truly even better.

Great choice for seeing Boston...

Liked: Super convenient for walking to most historic sites in downtown Boston. Very comfortable room. Last Hurrah restaurant was good
Disliked: Bathroom was small and a little crowded but functional

Lovely hotel

Liked: Courteous, helpful staff. We had a newly renovated room which was well appointed. Historic hotel was very interesting and it had an excellent gym. Rooms are small; however since it is a historic property that is to be expected.

Excellent location for a week...

Liked: Location excellent, staff professional.
Disliked: Size of the room was disappointing, especially the bathroom, smallest and most inconvenient we have ever encountered.

Suboptimal

Liked: The staff and location were excellent.
Disliked: Initial room was tiny and next to ice machine after I had specifically requested away from ice machines. The staff was very nice and moved us to a larger room away from the ice machine but it infested with a mouse. We lived this hotel and had stayed in the past but I am afraid we are going to have to stay elsewhere in the future.
