My wife and I had...
Liked: Hotel is located in a great location surrounded by many venues and restaurants. It is an upscale establishment with large rooms and very comfortable furnishings and bedding. The entire stay felt luxurious and accommodating
Disliked: Like most places these days, the hotel seemed understaffed. Limited front desk clerks during standard check-in hours, longer than usual wait times at the valet stand, but nothing out of the ordinary these days.

It was decent.
Liked: The hotel was in a great location to everything downtown. The hotel was clean and spacious.
Disliked: For as much as you pay for a room, they don?t have free WIFI. The staff was not very friendly. They basically said here?s your key and take those elevators. Didn?t really explain where to park. Basically said you can valet or walk a couple blocks to music city auditorium.
