Liked: Beautiful and distinguished! Felt like we were back in a different era. Loved the service and the friendly people. Spa was wonderful too

Beautiful setting and a historic...

Liked: Beautiful setting and nicely maintained historic hotel.
Disliked: You have to eat on the property as its a long way yo anywhere else, so they have a captive audience and prices are reflective of this.

Spectacular! Want to come again...

Liked: I was surprised that such an historical building could be so perfectly modernized. I loved the grand public spaces, and the room was more spacious than I expected. Loved that there were TWO armchairs in the room. Dinner at Stickney's outside was magical. Bernice, our server, was superb. She was friendly, funny and efficient. Emmett, the maitre d' was also wonderful.
Disliked: It seemed that we waiting longer then usual for the main course to arrive.
