Liked: Loved the location. Everything is walkableFrom here.Welcoming environment. Felt safe and comfortable. Coffee in the lobby first thing, fresh iced water with citrus fruits and bowls of apples daily. Nice touches. Reception staff, concierge, bar staff all very helpful and charming. Big room, lots of space, and storage, big bathroom lovely view of the moline and river beyond.
Disliked: Bath plug was so limescaled that it didn’t close. Even after maintenance came, it only partially closed. A shame - I like the option of a bath. Decor is not very modern. Probably due a freshen up but it was clean and priced accordingly. The restaurant is often closed at dinner time meaning you have to eat at the bar. Same food, good service, but not quite the same eating from a low table! We dined out most of the time though. Loads of good options close by. I wouldn’t take the taxi from the valet. There’s no quality check and our taxi was old and hot, with a driver who had both hands off the wheel juggling multiple devices in moving traffic. Better off with an Uber.

Liked: I will not repeat this definitely i paid for a room to be occupying 4 we were shocked it is only 2! We waled up 6 am on noises by there is wedding celebration next to our room, and when we asked for help the hotel did nothing
Disliked: Overrated hotel and booking is charging extra i selected 2 nights and then they send me notification that this was only one night
