Loved it; affordable; valet service; people to help with your bags and hold doors open for you and the hotel itself is amazing! The view from my room, to the bar, and restaurant. They even have rentals to take out on the water if you're looking to do something with the family. I will be back!

I could have spent less money and been better satisfied. With this being what I thought, an upscale hotel, we could hear noises from the room beside us. I was disappointed that I made a reservation for a king size bed and was told they only had queen beds, when I arrived - isn't that part of why you make a reservation?

Liked: The hotel had a nice lobby and nice style. The valet service was excellent.
Disliked: Reserved a king and they gave us two queen size beds - very disappointing

Great pool and location but...

Disliked: The front desk staff was extremely rude and not helpful. Also. None of my breakfast/dinner reservations were honored… they all didn’t seem to know anything about reservations I had confirmed the day before… it was very poorly managed.

Spacious with good views

Disliked: Pool heater under repair, lots of extra charges (internet, parking, etc.) like many upscale hotels, lack of grocery store within walking distance

Disliked: Breakfast was a bit on the cold side as air conditioning was set too low, but otherwise was a nice venue and food choice for buffet was good

Good stay

Liked: The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The location and atmosphere felt safe. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The fridge in the room wasn’t working. I couldn’t keep any milk for my son without it going bad.
