Omni Los Angeles Hotel At California Plaza

In general I liked my stay at this Omni and plan to return.

Liked: Cleanliness; staff friendliness; bar.
Disliked: Cost of parking car.

We decided to upgrade to the Club floors and it was well worth it. They offered free wine etc. and appetizers every night and a nice breakfast in the morning. Sunday, the hostess at the Club in the evenings made dinner reservations for us and had the bakery send me a birthday treat.

Liked: Location and room comfort; friendliness of staff.
Disliked: Price of parking; TV reception in Club Lounge.

Liked: Addition to all facilities, having AC with own control in case you need heating is excellent since not every hotel having this option and limiting you.

Perfect 3 night stay in...

Liked: Good location being downtown in the financial district so very quiet at night and felt very safe outside.Plenty of cafe's in close proximity as well as shopping and a great little funicular train next door for access to the amazing indoor market below which is worth a visit for all the cultural street food etc.Staff were very courteous and friendly and very helpful indeed.The room was spacious and gave us a great view of the financial district and beyond.The facilities in the room were excellent for our needs.The room was spacious and clean and the shower in the bathroom was very powerful.We took the option to include Club Access on the 17th Floor which provided a free Continental Breakfast and drinks and nibbles from 17.00 to 21.00 each evening, this was excellent and the staff here were amazing!
Disliked: Valet parking very expensive so parked the car overnight outside on the nearby street as free from 20.000 to 08.00 and then found a cash only parking garage behind the hotel which charged only $15 for the majority of the day.

Disliked: we asked for room slippers because the carpet was dirty from the beginning of our first day they said they would send it up but everyday of our stay we never received it. when i talked to the manager at the front they could not understand why. housekeeping told us they have been out for some time dr. ronaldkashiwada

Liked: The design
Disliked: The price for valet the location the pool one of tubs had mold the triple charge me for the room now I have to wait for the money to go back to my card

This was a comfortable, clean...

Liked: I enjoyed the free flavored water and included water bottles. I enjoyed the pool and the spa options. The location was good and generally quiet (except for a nearby concert one day during our stay, which the hotel warned us about and was done exactly on schedule).
Disliked: The hotel location was hard for Lyft drivers to access. I don’t know if this is a maps issue the hotel could address or not, but the multi-level entrance to the hotel was very difficult for Lyft drivers to figure out throughout our stay.
