In general I liked my stay at this Omni and plan to return.
Liked: Cleanliness; staff friendliness; bar.
Disliked: Cost of parking car.

We decided to upgrade to the Club floors and it was well worth it. They offered free wine etc. and appetizers every night and a nice breakfast in the morning. Sunday, the hostess at the Club in the evenings made dinner reservations for us and had the bakery send me a birthday treat.
Liked: Location and room comfort; friendliness of staff.
Disliked: Price of parking; TV reception in Club Lounge.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great even though it was the day before thanksgiving and everything was closed there was a little market open. We took a tram to the market and had delicious food. That was a highlight.

Liked: We asked for a king room, and they gave us one with a corner view (excellent!). We needed a refrigerator, and they brought it up quickly. Service was always pleasant and with a smile. We felt highly welcomed.
Disliked: The bathtub could have been cleaner, but was acceptable.

very pleasant and good feeling...
Liked: Definitely a sense of luxury staying here. Very big and plenty of space to wander and relax in. Staff were accommodating and nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Accessories were awesome.
Disliked: Available food was very expensive and limited by time frames. Confusing layout required a day or two to acclimate.

Disappointed with staff for not...
Liked: The room was very spacious,the pallet lovely,the beds comfortable
Disliked: The restaurant and room service were closed due a scheduled repair. We were not notified of the closure at booking,check in or at the bar pre theater. We were hungry and anticipating a lovely dinner/drink unwind after the theater and were hugely disappointed. What made it worse was at check out the manager stated he knew of the planned repair 2 days prior to our stay but didn?t communicate this to us guests.
