Omni Las Colinas Hotel

Loved it; affordable; valet service; people to help with your bags and hold doors open for you and the hotel itself is amazing! The view from my room, to the bar, and restaurant. They even have rentals to take out on the water if you're looking to do something with the family. I will be back!

I could have spent less money and been better satisfied. With this being what I thought, an upscale hotel, we could hear noises from the room beside us. I was disappointed that I made a reservation for a king size bed and was told they only had queen beds, when I arrived - isn't that part of why you make a reservation?

Liked: The hotel had a nice lobby and nice style. The valet service was excellent.
Disliked: Reserved a king and they gave us two queen size beds - very disappointing

Liked: It’s so beautiful! Poolside is fabulous!

Liked: The hotel itself is beautiful — elegant, clean, and comfortable, with spacious rooms and a great atmosphere. On the surface, everything looked perfect.Unfortunately, the entire experience was overshadowed by a serious billing issue. I had already paid for the stay in advance through Booking.com, but upon arrival, I was told the payment hadn’t gone through, so I had to pay again at the hotel. In the end, I was charged twice for the same stay.Since then, I’ve been trying to contact the hotel to resolve the issue, but no one has responded, despite earlier promises of follow-up. The complete lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable, especially for a hotel of this standard.A beautiful room means nothing if the guest leaves feeling ignored and overcharged.

Worth the Price.

Liked: We had a great lake view from our very spacious room. The bed was comfortable, and the room was beautiful. We really liked the couch at the foot of the bed made watching TV much easier and comfortable.
Disliked: Everything was great, there was nothing to dislike.
