Omni Las Colinas Hotel

Loved it; affordable; valet service; people to help with your bags and hold doors open for you and the hotel itself is amazing! The view from my room, to the bar, and restaurant. They even have rentals to take out on the water if you're looking to do something with the family. I will be back!

I could have spent less money and been better satisfied. With this being what I thought, an upscale hotel, we could hear noises from the room beside us. I was disappointed that I made a reservation for a king size bed and was told they only had queen beds, when I arrived - isn't that part of why you make a reservation?

Liked: The hotel had a nice lobby and nice style. The valet service was excellent.
Disliked: Reserved a king and they gave us two queen size beds - very disappointing

Liked: Our stay at the Omni Las Colinas Hotel was brief but left a lasting impression. Due to a canceled flight, we arrived late and could only stay for a morning to rest before our next flight, which was disappointing as the hotel and its grounds are absolutely stunning. The beautifully designed property, with its lush grounds and inviting pool, made us wish we had more time to explore and enjoy.The front desk staff were exceptional—friendly, efficient, and incredibly accommodating. They ensured a seamless check-in process, allowing us to head straight to our room to rest after an exhausting journey. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, providing the perfect space to recharge.While our visit was far too short, the quality of the hotel and the warmth of the staff convinced us to return. We’re already looking forward to a longer stay to fully experience everything Omni Las Colinas has to offer. Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting the area or transiting thru Dallas
