Liked: Loved everything. Room, location, staff and pool were all great. The fitness room was at their sister hotel across the Riverwalk. Fortunately there was a bridge right outside the door to cross over and the Fitness room was the best I have encountered at any hotel or resort.
Disliked: No on-site sundry store but a CVS was a block away

Beautiful property in a premium...

Liked: Everything. We had stayed there in the past and loved our room low down on the river walk.
Disliked: The screwed up booking.com reservation was. It in their system. Pool bar had an issue with stock g and I had too request a manager to get that on track.

Liked: Staff were fantastic, the view was even better! Clean, comfy, well situated in the city for walking to local attractions.
Disliked: There was a mini fridge in the room, but no microwave.

Disliked: It feels quite dated room didn’t look quite as it does online, we were lucky as we got a corner room with windows but others looked very dark

Liked: Front desk was friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and clean. The location was right in the heart of the Riverwalk action and it was easy to walk into the city.
