Disliked: Absolutely abysmal experience at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa, a complete rip-off! For nearly $4000 for three nights, we expected a luxurious family suite for seven, but what we got was a nightmare. The first 'suite' was two open, interconnected rooms – no kitchen, incredibly dirty, and I found two spiders, a serious concern with a baby present. I have pictures to prove the deplorable conditions.After complaining, we were moved to a 'better' suite, yet shockingly, they charged us extra despite the initial unacceptable conditions. This second suite, while larger, reeked of a foul odor. To make matters worse, incessant noise from the room above, even after calls to the front desk and assurances of security intervention, continued unabated throughout our stay. This hotel is a disgrace and a monumental waste of money. Avoid at all costs.
