The hotel is in a great location, convenient to downtown. The Prime Osborn Convention Center is located across the street. Parking is located in front of the hotel. The only negative was we were charged twice; my advice would be pay at the hotel.

Liked: The hotel was very nice.
Disliked: We were charged for the room twice; paid online, then charged at the desk.

This hotel was convenient to the Symphony Hall. There are not many restaurants nearby. Juliette's restaurant is expensive for the service you receive.

Liked: The front desk staff were very helpful.
Disliked: We checked in and were assigned a room that smelled of pipe/cigar smoke. Called the front desk and got reassigned.

The mattress on our bed was so uncomfortable that my wife could hardly walk the next day. We came for the Race for the Cure but could not participate because of her aches and pains.

Customer services better amenities

Liked: It's a nice hotel nice location
Disliked: Customer Services of the bells man, and the host at breakfast. TV kept going in/out. Breakfast is good but it's the same every day for that price expected a better variety. Pool is very small not what I expected for the price

Fabulous in every way!

Liked: Renovations are beautiful! Loved the lights on the bed by the floor when I got up in the night. Sofa and wall paper were lovely! Comfy bed and beautiful fixtures in bathroom! Loved the clothes steamer as well!
Disliked: The air conditioning unit came on and off constantly and was very loud. Seemed like the thermostat was too sensitive.
