Liked: Resturants have excellent food. Also the swimming pools are heated and fun for the family!
Disliked: Water pressure and bathroom amenities could of been better.

Liked: Even though this is a high-class/nicer hotel, my wife and I found a deal for our anniversary. We were treated no differently than any other person. Clean, comfortable, and restaurants on-site. Loved this place
Disliked: The restaurants were on the expensive side. Was a little disappointed I couldn't afford an $80 pedicure treatment

Liked: The staff was really nice, the room was spacious and cozy. I really loved the decor!
Disliked: Our particular bathroom door handle did not lock, and the fan didn't work. The pool next to the hot tub was out of service, which was a huge bummer because my daughter was looking forward to swimming close to me while I sat in the hot tub. We made it work, though. We did order breakfast one morning, and bacon was very tough like leather. These are all minor issues that would not stop us from staying here again. The staff hospitality, hotel decor, and comfortable room more than made up for it.

Liked: Beautiful hotel. We have stayed many times. Courteous and efficient staff
Disliked: The spa and pool were closed on the last three days of our stay. No prior notice given. We chose this hotel (and have in the past) due to these specific amenities. Unfortunate and very disappointed. Also they are currently updating. Bad paint smell on our floor entire stay. Lastly, our favorite in hotel breakfast/coffee shop was closed. Maybe due to renovation (?)
