So Wonderfull and clean

Liked: The breakfast restaurant on site is always good and fast. The staff handled a system outage with professional, kind, and secure procedures. As soon as the issue was resolved, we received a text.
Disliked: The front walk gits icy because of a roof drip

Disliked: Pet fee and policies. $125 extra for cleaning is to expensive.

Liked: The staff was great. The rooms were dated but large and clean
Disliked: We live in denver and specifically booked multiple rooms to use the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was broken and the pool wasn’t warm enough to swim.

Liked: The hotel employee is very welcoming and beautiful. Its our favorite hotel to stay in.

Disliked: Pool and Hot tub was closed, bathtub did not drain properly and rooms were outdated for a 4 star resort. We were charged resort fee even though some of the amenities were not available.
