Exceptional Service

Liked: This property went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable even before arriving. There was constant communication on how they could help me make my arrival process easier as my flight that day was extremely delayed. They went ahead and had room service waiting for me as requested, since I was getting in so late. The staff was wonderful, facilities beautiful and location was prime for a ballgame or a fun night in the battery.

Liked: The property itself is nice
Disliked: I was charged twice for my one night stay . I have been getting the run around for 3 weeks trying to have them correct it. They keep saying their systems are down. I was charged from booking.com and then again at the property. The property has received payment for both. However has not refunded the error in their part.

Liked: The room was clean and spacious. The location was perfect for enjoying the full Braves fan experience. The staff was kind and welcoming. Would definitely do it again.
