Liked: The property was clean and had everything we wanted. We loved the adult pool and the beach bar next to the pools. It was so easy to access the beach from the property. We rented bikes and could ride through the neighborhood.
Disliked: The only thing we wish we knew ahead for time was the reservations for any of the beach chairs and umbrellas. One day we had no problem accessing and renting the beach chairs/umbrellas and then the next day they said we had to reserve them ahead of time and were sold out for next several days already.

Disliked: Advertising children eat free. It was in certain locations and an adult had to buy a meal as well.

Disliked: Ceiling fan not situated over the bed, not much space for storage in kitchen, holes in the bedding (sheets), value for the price paid.

A 7 that could have...

Liked: Loved the location, beach access, pools and the positioning of the buildings (design) allowed for maximum ocean views. It was also easy access to everything that we did on the island. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and loved the Kitchenette layout and seating areas. Spa was fantastic! All 6 of us used it. Sunrise was worth it!
Disliked: The hot tubs closed at 10 pm even on the adult section. Most travelers from the US are on an earlier or same time zone so after dinner and activity (and higher heat of the day) we wanted to soak but couldn’t. We finally left a dinner show early so that we could race back and use it our last night there which was not ideal.We had two palmetto bugs on consecutive days in one of our two rooms which was unsettling but staff did come spray the room. We can see how that could easily happen since the hallways are open to outdoors.We were not told about the per person resort fee until checkout. Given the bug situation on two of the days, I think it should have been waved for the room of four that stayed there. We were also overcharged for a deposit by about a thousand dollars that my husband was told would be credited soon. We are still waiting. We spent a lot of money there to not be able to use the hot tub, go kill bugs in our kids room and then get overcharged at the back end. Omni can still make it right because the good mostly outweighs the bad.
