Lovely property.had a good time.should...

Liked: Clean, well maintained, good swimming pools and beach.
Disliked: Service was variable especially in the restaurants, poor signage making it hard to find things, parking lot should have location signs, management did not respond to a restaurant issue. Lots of charges including many taxes, daily resorts fee, daily fee $30 for having the door unlocked between two communicating rooms (parents and toddlers).

Great location, food options, friendly...

Liked: Location was excellent along with variety of food options on-site. The adult pool was a plus!
Disliked: Slamming doors late at night kept us up.

It was a nice beautiful...

Liked: Beachfront
Disliked: Was charged $10 per chair $10 per umbrella at their pool, and charged a ridiculous amount of money ($46 for 2 chairs 1 umbrella then $32 each consecutive day there after) to sit on the beach in front of their resort!

Relaxing and fun despite injury!

Liked: We loved the proximity to everything!
Disliked: Unfortunately we had a mishap while opening the pull-out couch, as the sheet was stuck inside the couch. When my son went to retrieve it, the bed collapsed on him causing his finger to be trapped between the bed and the metal. We are headed today for xrays and feel lucky as it could have been much worse. My recommendation would be to have guests put the sheets on themselves in the future to avoid anything like this from happening.

Liked: Loved the location, pool bar and games in the yard.
Disliked: Would prefer if you book a room rate inclusive of breakfast versus having to add it al la carte every day. Too pricy for a family.

Great beachfront view but expensive.

Liked: The room was super huge and had excellent decor! The bathroom was quite updated with 2 sinks. The view was of the beach. Loved the view!! I also loved that they had a shuttle service within a 3-mile radius of the resort of any shop or restaurant you wanted to go to - that was included. Very accommodating staff and housekeeping did check your room daily. Also, the resort wasn't overcrowded which I did like.
Disliked: I didn't like the price. I understand that I went in July during the peak season to Hilton Head, but it was quite expensive! Also, there was no free breakfast included, or any meals attached to your stay.
