Great location
Liked: Very friendly staff. Excellent food!
Disliked: Should have a small supply of needed items. I forgot toothpaste and they didnt have any. A small assortment of items such as this to purchase would have been helpful.

We lived by the pool...
Liked: The kids Loved the pool and the Football Field right outside the Omni. My kids played for hours! they also got to meet some Cowboy Football players!
Disliked: I wish they did Kid activities on Holiday Weekends like other Omni's

Fun time in Frisco
Liked: Great location. Clean. Restaurants nearby. It was a fun atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. There was a coffee maker in the room that was quick!
Disliked: Needed extra towels but did not receive any after asking. Wish there was a microwave in the room.

Comfortable stay, but they nickel...
Liked: Friendly check-in staff; comfortable, spacious room; very nice pool area; reception/lobby area is nice.
Disliked: Parking is too expensive. I could have parked at an empty office across the street for free. And no free wifi?? Once you add in taxes and fees and parking and wifi, this room became very expensive.

Good stay
Liked: It was clean. The temperature in the room was always great. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our sink leaked water all over the floor and they sent someone up to fix it within 3 minutes of reporting it.
Disliked: They did not seem to refill their complementary water once it was empty. It did not matter if I went down mid morning, afternoon or evening, it was empty. You could tell it had been fresh because they changed out the fruit in it every day but still always empty. Just ice and fruit remaining. You have to pay for the internet but even if you purchase the best they offer.. which I did, it's still too slow to work efficiently. The room had a refrigerator which was great but no microwave and no commons area to use a microwave..
