Liked: Valet staff is great, bell staff is great.
Disliked: The shower plumbing is dated. The time it takes to get hot water and the arm strength for women and children to manually turn the old shower handles should be noted.. .

Liked: Lovely hotel and great location for walking to all the local sights. Bus to Stockyards also stops right outside and only $2 each way. Ladies on reception were very helpful and Cassius who stored our luggage was lovely and a joy to talk to

Missed opportunities me gave me...

Liked: Air conditioning didn’t work and no one came until noon the next day to look at it and I called at 8 pm night oh to the front desk to have someone switch my room or fix the ac and nothing happened I just sweat it out all night. I lost my jacket in the room and someone from housekeeping must’ve kept it or thrown it out.
