Liked: My phone didn’t work nor did my hair dryer. So to order room service I had to call front desk and ask to be transferred. It was a nightmare bc half the time no one would answer
Disliked: They need more staff if you’re paying over 700. A night

Liked: We enjoyed the service at the valet parking. Staff There was excellent
Disliked: We needed an extra half hour in the room, for my so. To do an online practice with his team, but we weren’t allowed. The reason was that then they would have yo let everyone do so. However if there had been an option to pay for it, i would have. Also , i had booked a stay including breakfast, However we didn’t have that as it turned out. We had one take-out dinner from the restaurant on arruval Night, that i paid for with my credit card. That too showed up on my Bill.
