We’re disappointed.

Disliked: We were awakened by someone trying to come into our room through the adjacent room. I called the front office and they never came to check out the situation. We had to grab our stuff and go downstairs ourselves.

Overall, it was decent.

Liked: The rooms were clean and a great view of the beach.
Disliked: I had to call 5 times to see if I can get extra towels in a span of 2 hours. It got to the point I had to just ask where I can grab them myself. The concierge when checking in did not properly check my reservation and charged my card even though I had already paid. Still waiting on that charge to go back into my bank. I was not give a proper welcome or introduction. I had to figure out along the way where the elevators, pool area were.

Liked: We're valued customers, had to wait almost 1 hour for a room.Didn't recive completely vouchers for drinks,air didn't work through the night.As of this time hadn't recovered our reciept for the payment.
