Liked: The staff was absolutely lovely and helpful, from the front desk to restaurant to housekeeping. I'd give them more than 10 stars
Disliked: Elevator issues, parking fee costs weren't easily seen, bedroom need updating for the cost of the stay.

Disliked: Made us pay extra for wifi which is ridiculous considering the price of the room

Liked: I liked that we had somewhere to stay the night.
Disliked: The clerk that helped us would not use my approved digital payment. He didn't even try to add my card on file. I ended up having to pay for another room, now I need to find a way to refund my first purchase that was made online.

Disliked: the price was high considering its not a busy season and all the construction around the hotel

Lifelong memories for a family,...

Liked: I had not stayed at this property in a few years, but the experience was better than I would have remembered. (And I have some amazing memories.) I am so happy for the new additions to my family. They deserved to experience the beauty, luxury, and service at Omni Corpus Christi. It truly is a gem.
