Disliked: The number to valet didn’t work whole time

Not so Great!

Liked: Was nice, good location
Disliked: I had to wait a hour and a half to get checked in, so 5:30pm finally got my room. Texas Republic restaurant had made a reservation and still had to wait 40 min. for Mediocre food. Probably could have gotten better service at Holiday Inn next door.

Disappointing

Liked: Pool was clean. Quiet gym
Disliked: First, parking was really expensive and very hard to find. It was very tight and crowded. The electric stairs that went up were out of serviceAt breakfast and the dinner restaurant, rude and unknowlowgeable staff. Bath products should have better fragrance and quality.

Liked: Location and restaurants are great.
Disliked: WiFi is really poor in the rooms. Clogged sink, burnt out light bulbs, barking dog in the room next door.

Comfortable

Liked: It met all my expectations.

Okay wouldn’t go again for...

Disliked: Very old amenities and awful water pressure and large areas of room left unclean dust under everything tops of table and dressers sticky
