It was New Year's Eve. We let the Valet park our large, awkward Dually pick up truck for us and were greeted warmly by front desk staff. Our room was pleasant and clean. It had a mini fridge and comfortable bed with nice linens and a comforter, with a view of the indoor atrium area. The atmosphere was festive. The walk to our concert was too short (!) (less than 5 minutes to the Jefferson Theatre, an awesome concert venue for an unforgettable Jason Isbell concert - check him out!), because we were enjoying the lovely Pedestrian Mall shops and holiday atmosphere. A restful night. Friendly valet brought our truck around promptly, and we were on our way home. Excellent hotel, had a great time!

Very pleasant and we will...

Liked: Breakfast was very expensive - though good. All staff in the hotel were helpful, friendly and courteous.
Disliked: One elevator in the full to capacity hotel was not working the whole weekend. (at one point staff helpfully took people to the service elevator.Room coffee maker didn't work. Repairman came promptly. Next morning it didn't work again. another guest when i went down to buy coffee said she had the same problem.
