Liked: Incredibly friendly staff. Very nice hotel. Wonderful location.

It was New Year's Eve. We let the Valet park our large, awkward Dually pick up truck for us and were greeted warmly by front desk staff. Our room was pleasant and clean. It had a mini fridge and comfortable bed with nice linens and a comforter, with a view of the indoor atrium area. The atmosphere was festive. The walk to our concert was too short (!) (less than 5 minutes to the Jefferson Theatre, an awesome concert venue for an unforgettable Jason Isbell concert - check him out!), because we were enjoying the lovely Pedestrian Mall shops and holiday atmosphere. A restful night. Friendly valet brought our truck around promptly, and we were on our way home. Excellent hotel, had a great time!

Liked: The breakfast was good when we ordered from the menu. The service was very good.
Disliked: When we went with the buffet the first day, both the eggs and the potatoes were cold. There were good selections of other items such as the pastries, fruit and yogurt.

Liked: Everyone was very helpful and kind. Excellent staff.
Disliked: The bathroom door being a slide together apparatus and lack of ventilation fan made every trip to go #2 unpleasant for my whole party. The heat coming off the lights in the bathroom mirror is also mildly unpleasant due once again to the lack of ventilation.

Liked: The staff was great particularly the doorman and security. Also a maintenance man was painting one of the doors on our floor and my two year old son ran in front of me and touched the door. The kind gentleman painting was so nice, took my son in his arms and helped wash his hands to get the paint off. So sweet and kind. We will recommend this place to our friends for location, family friendliness, services and amenities and we will always remember how kind everyone was to us.
