Omni Bretton Arms Inn at Mount Washington Resort

Superb

Liked: Location and staff were excellent.A little pricy,. But that's ezpected.
Disliked: Room service didn't replace glasses or provide bottle water each day.

We enjoyed our visit so...

Liked: We enjoyed eating at the restaurant at the Inn. We had breakfast twice, and the set menu with wine pairing for dinner. The dinner menu was absolutely wonderful! We had four adults in our party so we tried to cover every selection of the dinner menu. We were all pleased with the choices. Utkush waited on us and he was amazing but the entire staff was amazing the entire time. The bar doesn't open until 5pm. However, Ashish accommodated us and opened it up early. My husband enjoys a great aviation and it's difficult to find someone who knows how to make them right and Ashish didn't disappoint. I would also recommend the lavender cosmo too. Rich checked us in and provided the history of the Inn and the estate. The entire staff was very friendly! We ate dinner one night at Stickney's. I would suggest patio dinning, if it's available. The view is stunning!
Disliked: The air conditioning could have been better. We were there in August so the temperatures were in the 90's. I'm sure it was having difficulty keeping up. That is the only negative I have about our stay.

Disliked: TV in room was too small....could barely see some stuff on TV from the bed.Also, the toilet was way too low. Have never seen a toilet this low.

Liked: It was an old exquisite property and the fact that you could also go to the grand hotel was wonderful.
Disliked: There was really nothing that I disliked

Liked: Very quiet, close to main property, great shuttle service, great skiing
Disliked: The continental breakfast was not quite what I expected. There was yogurt and a little fruit. They had pastry but no hard boiled eggs or anything hot. They had a menu we could order off of but we wanted to get skiing and did not want to wait for breakfast.
