Not worth the money, even...
Liked: Location
Disliked: Noise in room from planes, highway, and cops on motorcycles. Room has many flashing lights that prevent it from being dark. Hallway light comes through the room (big gap so can hear everything out there as well as light coming through.)

Disliked: Noisy rooms. Complex to store cloths as it has no space.

Very good
Liked: Great location. Loved the pool. Room was clean, spacious, well appointed with lovely facilities. Hotel management were very supportive when I had an issue.
Disliked: Daily room service was a bit hit and miss.

Disliked: The room windows are not sound proof. You can hear the busy road right outside which becomes almost a race track at night. Cars and motorbikes reving exhausts. The hotel staff were not helpful or welcoming. They provided very little Information. On our first night , very jet lagged, we woke to a party happening in the room next door. 02.30am. Extremely loud music and multiple people voices. We rang reception who sent up secretary to check it out. We heard the secretary get bribed to allow them to continue the party if they turned the music down. Security left. The party continued. The music continued just as loud. At 03.00am we called reception again to complain. We were asked if we’d like ear plugs. After a heated conversation , security went up again but all that occurred was the music being turned down ever so slightly. We could still hear everything. At 04.00 am we rang reception and threatened to call the police if they didn’t. At 04.30am the police arrived and ended the party.The next morning their were no apologies from the Omni and the manger didn’t know anything about it. They did say however that they Would not charge us for that night. This was after we suggested this. No other complimentary perks. On leaving the hotel after our 4 night stay the hotel hadn’t knocked it off the bill. The taxi concierge man was inefficient and the baggage concierge who held our bags during the day after check out as our flight home was not till the evening was particularly rude. I would not recommend this hotel. It is very pricy. They don’t deserve our custom. The breakfast is also very low par which is an additional charge.

Liked: Coco Rico was a delicious convenient spot.Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the manager on our arrival on 4/17 evening who trouble shot and eventually cleared up the cancellation error made by Booking.com. She was a gem. Great job also to the concierges Debra and the other African American gentleman (didn’t catch his name) who were so helpful! And a shout out to Billy the doorman and his staff. Couldn’t have been nicer.
Disliked: No bath mats or grab bars in tub/shower. The tub was VERY slippery!

Good facility, poorly run by...
Liked: The property is well located, big - with plenty of amenities, and modern.
Disliked: The front desk staff were poor throughout. Despite requesting a crib at the point of booking, this wasn’t set up in the room ready and took an age to arrive. There were no baby baths available to use (fine) but the agent checking us in didn’t place us in a room with a tub (lacking common sense). Because of this, we had to move rooms late into the first night. The manager packed understanding and failed to empathise. Because of the staff, we won’t stay here again when visiting Boston.
