Liked: Location was amazing; staff went overboard to make check in/out pleasant and fast; very personable door staff. A pleasure in every way!
Disliked: Possibly the bar hours/selection of premium liquor, but we had an overall amazing experience at this hotel.

Liked: The location was fantastic, the property was lovely, and Lenny the Doorman was the BEST! So nice! The food was amazing! Try the truffle fries, so good!
Disliked: I didn’t like that we could still hear so much street noise even on the 14th floor.

Liked: The staff was very accommodating. Location was right off of 5th Ave., so the location was in walking distance to many sites. Facility was very clean.
Disliked: The interiors need updating. I expected more information about the hotel, restaurant, ect. in the room but needed to get it online. The room was very warm and didn't realize that the room's have unit wasn't on. Wish the staff would have informed us that we would need to turn it on.
