Superb

Liked: It was a treat to stay at this hotel. The facilities were lovely. The food at the restaurants was excellent. The rooms were wonderful. Staff were helpful. We were there for the 4th of July and the activities for children were great as were the swimming pools.
Disliked: The day we arrived they had difficulty getting our rooms ready and by 6:30 PM we did not have a room. The staff was very helpful getting us in two rooms but not what we had requested but close, but then our luggage got lost/taken to the wrong room. It was not a good start to the stay and then we had to wait a long time to get into a restaurant for dinner and get the food. The management on many levels were very concerned and did take care of us though. Waiting to get food at the restaurants always took a long time.

Liked: The resort was beautiful the valet was great to work with and the service was wonderful customer service.
Disliked: All the workers were very nice and polite and the restaurant's food was so tastyThe bartender was awesome and kept me and my husband laughing. .
