We stayed here for a concert nearby and the room was beautiful. Loved the roof top pool. Will definitely be staying here again!

Liked: Modern and functional. Comfy bed and smart tv.
Disliked: Cost was very high for very little in terms of extra. We were on the 4th floor inside room and it was very noisy. We could hear people in the lobby bar!Hotel pool wasn’t useable as it was too windy for all 6 days. Housekeeping was often very late (too late).Felt tooMuch like a business hotel.

Liked: centrally located for our activities, clean, spacious, great fitness center, pool was nice.
Disliked: the receptionist that checked us in was horrific. She was extremely rude and condescending 10 seconds in when my husband offered his credit card not remembering that it wasn’t the one we booked the room with. It set a really bad tone. Then she couldn’t find our reservation but also didn’t do much to look for it in other ways. (turns out my first and last name were swapped) Again she was extremely condescending and also reached over and grabbed my arm— I know she meant it to be reassuring but I really did not appreciate it especially after how she’d been treating us. It out a bad taste in our mouth about the whole place even though everything else was great.
