At nearly £200 per night,...

Liked: Location, breakfast, staff
Disliked: No shelving in bathroom: mirror above dressing table to far right, therefore using hairdryer awkward and too close to curtains: shampoo & bodywash in bathroom worn, could not see what we were using, crockery in room not washed after use, milk and biscuits not replaced: bin bags in bedroom very cheap & nasty, just kept collapsing in.

Very good hotel

Liked: Friendly staff. Very comfortable hotel.
Disliked: Nothing not to like.

Good beachfront location

Liked: Good location On the beachfront , breakfast was decent
Disliked: Rooms are a little bit tired could do with an updating .

My third stay here!

Liked: It's the third time I've stayed here and I'll stay again.My room was small but more than adequate for what I needed.The buffet breakfast is good value for money and good quality with a wide variety of food on offer.The location is superb right across the road from the beach!I really love it here.They have an outdoor pool but I didn't try it out.
Disliked: The small ironing board is tricky to use and you have to improvise.The toaster in the dining room is a little slow and needs to be slightly higher in temperature as you have to put the bread in twice to get it toasted properly; however, these things won't stop me from coming again.

Liked: We liked the great location on the seafront, hotel facilities with very friendly and helpful staff, standard of rooms which were tastefully decorated and clean.The choice of two restaurants, one being A la carte. It was close to the city centre with bus route right outside hotel. The cooked buffet breakfast was really nice with plenty of choice.
Disliked: I can honestly say there was nothing I could fault and I would be more than happy to book again.

Liked: Very clean hotel, the staff are warm and attentive, very good location. Will stay here again.

Jersey is quite pleasant. But...

Liked: My room was clean and well presented.The location is excellent for getting into St HelierThe breakfast was very nice. All the staff were very friendly and super helpful.
Disliked: The hotel itself was very old fashioned.
