Liked: Great location. Easy to locate. One tram ride from the centre. Very clean and avaiablity of a microwave was a nice surprise.Supermarket right across the street. We ended up fixing our own hot microwave meal from fresh produce.We unexpectedly arrived too early and 2 kind cleaning staff let us leave our bags near the elevator unattended (fine with us).Automated checkin doesn't permit access even to the lobby before 4pm.
Disliked: Checkin time being 4pm was problem for us. Without the Internet, we didn't have the option to buy extra time.

Liked: The location was very convenient — within walking distance to the central railway station, which made getting around easy. The price was also fairly reasonable for a central Helsinki stay.
Disliked: The hotel had no reception, and unfortunately, there was no one available to assist us upon arrival.The access code for the room was sent very late, which caused unnecessary stress.There was no elevator or ramp to carry our luggage to the first floor, making it quite inconvenient.Overall, the hotel felt cold and impersonal — lacking warmth or any welcoming atmosphere.It gave off a strong sense of loneliness and detachment, which was disappointing.

Liked: Very good location, clean, all necessary utilities were available in the room including good amount of fresh towels. The bed was comfortable and clean and check-in/out instructions clear and simple - 0 problems

Liked: Very spacious room, even with extra sofa beds. Location is very good, close to the main market and other tourist areas.
