Disliked: Room could have been cleaner. Carpets very dirty my feet were black without shoes and lots of ants . Especially in bathroom area

Liked: Price and the room configuration was decent for a family
Disliked: The beds were old and worn out and not comfortable at all. The heater in our room had an issue with the thermostat being stuck on, I was able to eventually turn it off but it needs a new thermostat which is an easy fix but it seems they let easy fixes go. The shower head was loose and wouldn’t stay up kept pointing down at the back wall. The bedroom window didn’t have a screen or lock. Some other rooms had a window or two boarded up. The property just needed a facelift overall.

Disliked: The room especially the bathroom requires attention, the tub needs to be replaced and the caulking needs to be done, the heater in the bathroom is very rusty. The bathroom was clean but it felt unclean due to the maintenance issues.
