Not Much to Say

Liked: The location was okay and it wasn’t as noisy as I thought it would be, being on the major street. The sheets and towels were clean.
Disliked: Office hours were erratic. The sink dripped nonstop. There were holes in the couch upholstery. The ottoman was missing a leg so was unstable. No one refreshed or cleaned the room in the 4 nights we stayed. I asked for a brighter room (one that actually saw the sun) and was told it was completely booked so no room changes available. Only one third of the hotel ever had occupancy. Other rooms were available, you just couldn’t get one. This place needs to be upgraded and repaired. No coffee or tea or water in reception. A very sad and run down place. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Disliked: Reception states it’s open from 8am to 10pm. We got there at 8:50pm and receptionist was not there. As a foreigner my phone wasn’t working to do calls so I asked a friend to call at the phone number provided at a note on the door. After 30 minutes the receptionist arrived with an attitude and seemed he has zero knowledge on how to talk to customers and run the desk. Anyway we got into the room and bed had a funny smell. Huge spider nest as well next to sink. I do not recommend.
