Liked: The staff on arrival was very friendly and willing to help with any questions we had about the hotel, public transit in the city, and what places to visit.The view of our corner room to the city and hills on the background was nice as well.A standing ventilator was present and much appreciated as it got very warm indoors.The parking was very expensive, and limited to 4 cars, but it was conveniently located right outside the front door and once a spot is yours, its yours until you checkout, other cars will be asked to move if no spot is available for you to park.Reading reviews online on the hotel and the hotel staff, I believe we were lucky with our stay as we didn't have any issues, staff was friendly to us and we didn't have any problems, but many people have reported otherwise.
Disliked: Some hotels are dated, but when properly maintained it's not too bad. The hotel room we stayed in in this hotel was worn. What looked like a not too old room, perhaps 15 years old or so, ended in a bathroom that was in very poor condition, the mirrors were stained with rust so much so that it left severe holes in the mirror. The outside blinds for the windows had also not been dusted off for a while, so while they were outside, they were covered in dust.Didn't have breakfast at the hotel, because it also felt too expensive for what was on offer, with many restaurants and little bakeries nearby it is really awkward to be charging so much for so little.
