Disliked: On the second day of our stay at the hotel we bought expensive face creams. In the evening I noticed that someone was using it. It was after cleaning. I had 3 thousand zlotys in my handbag. On the second day the money was in the bag. I traveled to the airport by taxi and there I discovered that someone had stolen it. So I was robbed in the room I was staying in. I suspect the cleaning staff. I was afraid of thieves in the city, not in the room I was sleeping in. I warn everyone about this place.

Liked: It was right on the square! Very local to all kinds of shops. Hotel was very good, arrived 2.3hr before check in, went downstairs to get changed and then come back, one of the managers came to look for us and said he’s found a room which was the penthouse & it was ours at no extra cost! We also got a bottle of champagne & a free breakfast on day of our departure (unfortunately couldn’t have any as taxi was arriving 15mins after breakfast opened at 7am) room was very clean! Shower was amazing and lovely hot water! Bed was huge and comfortable, all the staff we came across was friendly. Asked a manager the evening before we left if they could book us a taxi for 7:15am the next morning, we walked outside and there it was waiting for us! As a spur of the moment trip for us (about 12 hours notice) we would 1000% come back to this hotel and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting. We visited the cathedrals and watched an amazing Easter parade!!! The Friday after the flight my ears played up and I became slightly unwell with a fever and body shivers, I asked the hotel if I could have a extra blanket, they said they could turn the heat up for me and with in 5 minutes of being back in my room they bought up a extra duvet for me :)
