Liked: Location is great, staff are very kind and helpful especially Mr. Osamah, clean rooms, nice breakfast
Disliked: Honestly the price is high. Although the location is great, but it is little bit noisy from the music outside the hotel :)

Liked: Staff were fantastic. Made us very welcome. Couldn't do enough for us. Great location. We got an upgrade and the room was fantastic.
Disliked: Nothing wrong with the hotel at all. Great place to stay and close to all the tourist attractions.

Liked: The hotel was very clean, perfectly located, and the staff were extremely welcoming. Special thanks to Mr. Alejandro for his outstanding support and care.
Disliked: Nothing in particular — everything met our expectations.

Lovely hotel, definitely recommend.

Liked: The room was a good size, overall clean and comfortable, including the beds and it had all the amenities we wanted including a kettle and tea/coffee. The hotel staff were polite and friendly, we were offered complimentary drinks upon arrival and received chocolate desserts and a bottle of water in our room, accompanied by a lovely message card. They gave us a room with a city view also, so that was also a pleasant surprise. Location was also perfect, right in the city centre, close to the metro.
Disliked: Nothing we didn't like, but it would have been nice if we could turn on the lights only for the bathroom/shower/toilet without the lights above the bed, also having to go on. We didn't realise the hotel restaurant was only open from 8pm for dinner so maybe some signs by reception or in the lift would be useful as we would have loved to go on the last day but we had to leave by 8pm
