Disliked: The style of the restroom. The toilet is separate from the shower and there is no water supplies in the toilet. The sink is in the room divided by a sliding door. As an Arab, this was not convenient.

Liked: The location was perfect. The parking was excellent as was the roof bar. The quality of food and drink was wonderful as were the staff who could not do enough for you. They were very attentive and really respected of my wife’s food allergy and dealt with it brilliantly. We will definitely return when we are next in Barcelona. Thanks to all the team.

Liked: The staff - all of them - at this hotel are incredible. Literally the friendliest, most welcoming and helpful staff I've ever encountered. Clara in particular was exceptional. She helped us with tickets we'd booked along with reserving us fantastic tapas restaurants for each evening. They all make the hotel feel like a second home and extremely welcoming. The rooms are super clean, with enormous comfy beds and a great shower. Also loved the rooftop pool. The location was absolutely brilliant too, close to the sites but also in a quiet and safe area. We will definitely return next time we're in Barcelona. Thank you!
