Would definitely stay here again...

Liked: The rooms were clean and functional.The breakfast was very good with friendly service.The hotel is situated close to shops, restaurants, pubs and the tube station
Disliked: Some of my party had rooms with tiny windows and had to change their room. I understand that the building is old but even so, a room with a tiny window can be quite claustrophobic. The rooms were changed but it wasn't a great start to the trip.

Liked: Perfect location. Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Couldn’t check in earlier than 3pm. This was subject to availability on the day so it was pot luck whether you could. Room was very small. We returned from our evening back to the hotel at around 11pm. There was a sign on the main door saying ‘back in 5 minutes’ another hotel guest (young female) was stood outside the hotel on her own waiting to get in but couldn’t as had to wait for the night guard to come back to let us all in. This was very dangerous as when we returned there were 2 men who walked past her and made an inappropriate comment making her feel uncomfortable and a bit apprehensive. If this was me in her situation I would have been really worried that I could not get into my hotel.
