Lovely place to stay. Breakfast...

Liked: Nice & modern & clean. Great location, away from the hustle & bustle, but easy to travel from for the touristy parts & theatre.
Disliked: Shower overhead was broken on our 1st morning

Great location, compact rooms

Liked: Location was great for what we wanted, Earl's Court Tube just a few minutes away. We were also able to reserve parking for 2 days at £30 per day - there are only 3 spaces so do reserve if you need them. Bathrooms in rooms were bigger than expected for small rooms and felt a decent size.Staff were very friendly and helpful - a member of our party had to return after check out feeling unwell and they were happy for her to use the bathrooms and wait in reception.
Disliked: The breakfast was average - selection of breads and pastries but the fruit options were not appetising. We only ate vegetarian hot options and these could have been warmer. The rooms are small, but we knew this in advance, and there were some stains on the carpets and make up marks on bed sheets.

Liked: Courteous staff. Accessible location. Quiet neighbourhood. Clean and well-managed accommodation. Tasty breakfast. Valentina was especially very cheerful and helpful in the breakfast room.

Comfortable and convenient stay.

Liked: The room although small was comfortable and had ample storage space if you wanted to unpack. The shower was great, the bed comfy and the location excellent for Earl's Court and transport links into the central London and Heathrow airport. There was also a/c in the room which can be a welcome respite from the summer heat, and a lift which is useful when arriving with suitacases.
