Underwhelmed.

Liked: The hotel is very charming in a quiet street and close to a beautiful lagoon. The rooftop is nice and has a great view of the city. The L’Occitane bathroom amenities were a good surprise. The bed was great, the mattress was firm as I like it and the pillows and linen were quite comfortable.
Disliked: It was underwhelmed, I would have expected more from a luxury boutique hotel. The shower is beautiful but didn’t work properly, the pressure was low and the water didn't warm up. I missed some basic functionalities in the room, such as hooks for towels, electric outlet and a switcher for the side table lamp.

Liked: Very relaxed and stylish. I loved the added dining area in our room. Great location. Even in January the pool was refreshing after paddle boarding.

Liked: Breakfast was really delicious and I liked how the rooms were decorated.
Disliked: A lot of the time, there was no front desk person. Sometimes, our room wasn’t cleaned and that was frustrating.
