Liked: Great location, I recommend staying there at the end of your trip so maybe spend the majority of your days in the city center then come here to relax before going back home.
Disliked: The staff were not flexible with us

Liked: Location was great and staff were helpful. We didn’t use any of the amenities but appreciated the option to do so.

Liked: 4 star hotel. Close to big shopping centre and restaurants. 5 min walk from Oriente train/metro station (10 min to airport- 20 min to historic town centre) Friendly staff.
Disliked: On the bed, under the sheet there was something like a plastic matras protector. Terrible! It was really uncomfortable and sweaty. In the middle of the night I got up and removed the matras protector. After that, I slept well.
